Start with the material
Wood, vinyl, painted metal, and screen framing need different consideration. Identify the material when possible and point out loose paint, torn screens, damaged frames, or weak connections.
Show buildup and access
A close-up helps show the surface and a wide photo shows its setting. Include gates, pool edges, landscaping, and narrow paths. For a fence, say which side or sides you want included.
Keep repairs separate
Cleaning does not automatically include screen, frame, fence, or gate repairs. Describe existing damage before work is discussed so the condition can be considered in the plan.
