Plan your pressure cleaning
Start with the surface.
Then set the scope.
Describe the surfaces first
Pressure cleaning is a broad service description. Identify the driveway, walkway, patio, exterior wall, or other surface you want considered; add whether it is concrete, pavers, stucco, or another material.
Share the condition and access
Wide photos show the area and how a crew might reach it. Close-ups can help explain organic buildup, stains, previous repairs, coatings, or wear. Mention gates, parking, landscaping, and any routes that need to remain open.
Keep the estimate specific
Ask which areas are included, what preparation is expected, and which concerns need separate review. Roof soft washing, gutter debris removal, repairs, and sealing are distinct scopes and should be listed separately when requested.
