Plan your house washing
Start with the surface.
Then set the scope.
A plan for your home’s exterior
Painted stucco, siding, trim, and masonry can need different care. We start with the surfaces you want cleaned, their finish and condition, and any loose paint, damaged areas, or previous repairs you already know about.
What to share for an estimate
Send wide photos of each side of the house and closer photos of visible buildup. Include the number of stories, narrow side access, and whether the front entry or connecting walkway belongs in the request.
Prepare for the visit
Discuss open windows, exterior fixtures, nearby plants, gates, and pets before scheduling. The estimate should make the work area and agreed scope clear.
