Plan your commercial pressure washing
Start with the surface.
Then set the scope.
Define the work area by area
Identify entrances, shared walkways, outdoor patios, exterior walls, and other surfaces you want assessed. Add the material, approximate size if known, and photos of visible buildup.
Plan around people and access
Describe how customers, residents, staff, deliveries, and vehicles use the property. Note entrances that need to remain accessible, work-hour limits, gates, and preferred scheduling windows.
Give the estimate reviewer what they need
Include the property city, point of contact, requested areas, access restrictions, and any vendor documentation requirements. If recurring work is being considered, describe the areas and frequency for discussion.
